All products are printed using kiln-fired screen printing, producing permanent branding that withstands repeated washing and regular commercial use.
No. Clients must supply print-ready artwork. We do not create logos or offer design services as part of our printing process. However, we can customise your supplied artwork to meet your needs.
Typically, our minimum order quantity is 24 units. Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and print specifications. This helps ensure production efficiency and consistent quality.
We accept approved vector artwork file formats suitable for screen printing, including EPS, AI, and PDFs. SVG file formats may also be suitable. We do not accept bitmap files, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, or PDFs where they aren't genuine vector artwork. Artwork must meet production standards before printing can proceed.
Please note that the incorrect file formats can result in pixelation coming through in your final product. If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable, reach out to our team for assistance.The length of production depends on stock availability, the quality and complexity of your provided artwork, and order size. If you have never ordered with us before, we may require additional time to review and prepare your artwork for printing. Please feel free to get in touch, and we can quote you and provide a timeline of work. Including delivery, please be prepared for a wait time of up to 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks).
